The model is simple: \"collect stamps on this card.\" You can get a stamp for every visit, for every purchase over a certain amount, or for bringing a friend. The rule is set by each business.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1059\">Cardora does the same thing, but in a modern way: you no longer need the physical card. Everything happens on your phone. And since everyone has a smartphone, it becomes a natural, simple and elegant experience. Plus, the digital card doesn't get lost, broken or forgotten at home.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1064\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1097\" data-fontsize=\"56\" data-lineheight=\"56px\">How it works, step by step<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1138\" data-fontsize=\"48\" data-lineheight=\"48px\">1. Creating the stamp card<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1391\">The first step is taken by the Cardora account administrator \u2013 usually the person <a href=\"https:\/\/app.cardora.ro\/\">who registered the business<\/a>From the administration panel, a new stamp-type loyalty card is created (Cardora also allows other types, but we will talk about them another time).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1419\">When configuring, you can set:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1528\">\n<li data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1452\">\n<p data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1452\">card title and description,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1472\">\n<p data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1472\">color scheme,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1499\">\n<p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1499\">the representative image,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1528\">\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1528\">maximum number of stamps.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1728\">Image is important: If you offer stamps for every coffee purchased, choose a suggestive photo of a coffee. Awarding stamps<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3051\" data-end=\"3241\">Each time the customer returns, they show their digital card (on their phone). The salesperson uses their phone\u2019s camera \u2013 or a tablet in the store \u2013 to scan the QR code on the card.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3243\" data-end=\"3474\">The seller's screen displays customer information and card status. With a single tap, they can add a new stamp. Offering the reward<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3612\" data-end=\"3844\">When the card reaches the maximum number of stamps, the app shows the seller the message <strong data-start=\"3701\" data-end=\"3728\">\"You can offer the reward\"<\/strong>The reward is determined by each business: a free coffee, a dessert, a discount, or any other benefit you want.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3846\" data-end=\"4034\">Once the reward is offered, the seller marks this in Cardora and the system automatically resets the card to 0 stamps. The customer can immediately start a new loyalty cycle.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4036\" data-end=\"4039\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-start=\"4041\" data-end=\"4070\" data-fontsize=\"48\" data-lineheight=\"48px\">6. Transactions and reports<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4071\" data-end=\"4274\">Cardora also allows each visit to be recorded as a transaction \u2013 with a short description and value. This data is automatically stored and can be later analyzed in the reports in the administrator account.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4276\" data-end=\"4458\">The merchant can also see the customer's history when scanning their card.
