Cardora offers six main types of loyalty cards, each designed for different needs of your business. All can be used digitally (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, QR scan) and can be combined with each other:

To add points or stamps to a customer card, the seller can scan the card (using the phone's camera) or search for it in the database.

There is also a method by which the direct customer can earn points without the seller doing anything. The account administrator can print out disposable QR codes distributed to customers and they scan that QR code themselves and receive the points automatically.

Yes. And we actually recommend it. The data is centralized, so you can see real-time customer activity across all locations, compare locations, and track whether a customer visits multiple locations.

Salespeople or on-site staff scan the customer's digital card directly with their existing phone or tablet (using the phone's camera and directly from the Cardora web page). You don't need new equipment, special apps or complex integrations. Everything is done quickly, through the browser.

Yes. You can keep your current system and offer digital cards in parallel through Cardora. This way, customers who prefer cards on their phone can add them to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, and you reduce the costs of printing and distributing physical cards.
